Taking an holistic approach to fitness. Firmly believing that fitness is not just about working out, but also about proper nutrition, stress management, and self-care. McCartney will work with you to create a personalised programme that addresses all aspects of your health and wellness.
I offer a variety of services, including one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, and online coaching. We also offer nutritional, wellness and lifestyle coaching to help you achieve your goals both inside and outside of the gym.
